HeartString Pet Resort

Our Resort:

A luxury all suite pet resort that encompasses everything a pet parent would want when leaving their pet with others. HeartStrings Pet Resort has an indoor, climate-controlled playroom for all to enjoy. Daycare participants and overnight boarding guests will have the same access to enjoy the grassy playroom, swimming pools, toys, puppy playground equipment and social playgroups with other guests of like temperament, size and age.

HeartStrings Pet Resort is air-conditioned and heated. We added an additional HVAC unit specifically for the indoor playroom.

All of the suites are checked during housekeeping daily to ensure a sanitary environment. Suites are cleaned and disinfected as needed during stays and always after check-outs.

Our K9 Grass is specifically designed for pets. K9 Grass is the artificial grass designed specifically for dogs. With its exclusive flow-through backing, short dense blade structure, and antimicrobial protection, K9 Grass offers a cleaner, safer, better smelling environment for pets.

Our guests will have fun in our play pools, enjoying the splashing around and playing with their newly found friends.

Our playroom faces the storefront so there is always plenty of natural light shining through.

Groups will be separated by temperament, size and age so everyone can enjoy at their own pace.

Our resort is monitored 24/7 and features fire alarms, burglary alarms, fire sprinklers and temperature control alarms.

We have reserved parking spaces directly in front of the entrance to ensure quick check-ins and check-outs.

Our overnight guests enjoy night lights to ensure that they are never in the dark.

We are locally owned and operated. Kathy Geib and her family has lived in the Maricopa area for over 20 years. She retired from Maricopa Schools to “go to the dogs.” When Donna Dagan passed the leash on to Kathy, she found real happiness getting to know the many fur babies in Maricopa.

Romp and Roam is accredited with the Better Business Bureau, licensed, bonded and insured. Kathy holds a level 1 background clearance. Trust and reliability are the foundation of Romp and Roam Pet & Home Sitting, LLC.

We have been canine and feline first aid trained. Romp and Roam hold a high set of standards Your fur babies are my first concern.
